Hello,

I am new to FreeNAS so I apologize if my description is lacking. After setting up iSCSI on FreeNAS, I was able to connect to and transfer data to and from the nas from two ESXi servers. After rebooting, the ESXi servers wouldn't connect to the NAS. Upon investigation I discovered that there are no longer any entries under "Extent" and "Associated Targets". *edit* Forgot to mention that it was setup as a device extent. I tried to create a new extent and I receive the following error message:

Error: [MiddlewareError: Serial not found and glabel failed for mfid1: None]

Can anything be done to recover the extent and associated target? I have attached a debug file as well, just in case.

My setup info is as follows:

FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201506292332

Hardware:
Dell PowerEdge R720XD
2x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 0 @ 2.90GHz
32 Gb ECC RAM
24 x 300 GB Toshiba SAS MBF2300RC Hard drives
4 Nics setup for iSCSI on separate subets
1 Nic setup for administration
