Currently upgrading/expanding a VDEV. I've replaced the first disk in the VDEV (last one - disk 6) and the resilver took place just under 2 hours.
I've swapped out a second disk (disk 5) and the resilver time was looking like a 24 to 30 hour endeavor. It has dropped down to about 8 hours after running for an hour or so. Should I expect the remaining 4 disk swap outs to take as long as the most recent?
Should I reboot and or scrub in between these disk swap outs?

There's no reason to reboot or scrub between replacements if your hardware doesn't require it. As to the time, it's going to take what it's going to take--as long as it isn't throwing errors it's fine.

Well, I believed that I had a hot swappable system. It's a Dell T410 with 6 disk cage with removable drives/carriers.
But apparently, powering down and swapping the disk (after OFFLINEing the old one) Cured that whole situation.
I was getting strange CAM? status warnings and such. Just swapped my last drive (drive 0) and can't wait to expand my VDEV!
