ESXi NFS Stale File Handle

I am receiving the above error in the ESXi syslog. Am I missing something in my nfs config? The ESXi is the only thing that has access to the export on its own subnet.

Were you able to resolve this or determine its cause?

Solve... no. Resolved by swapping to iSCSI and migrating all VMs to that (make sure you consolidate your disks or delete all snapshots). If I could go back in time maybe I’d have tried NFSv3 permissions over NFSv4?
