Looks like this is something with the boot drive?
What should I do? Thanks!

Not surprising. Have a config backup? If not, make one now and hope it's ok.

In either case, reinstall FreeNAS to new media and upload the config file. Consider using mirrored boot devices to make for an easier recovery from these situations.

Yes, I have a config backup.
So for now I can use the server, as long as I'm not rebooting - is that correct? I want to order 2 good usb drives and mirror them.

The server might crash at any moment or exhibit bad behavior. If this is a production system I'd do the replacement today after working hours.

If you reboot there's a really good chance it won't boot back up.

I got this exact same problem last night, I shut it down and tried to restart and it wouldnt load at all.

Good thing its only my replication/backup box.
