Enabling Enhanced or Stnd Editor in forum replies - can't get either to work

No matter what I try, I see "HTML code is off" at the bottom of the page. I only get the "Basic Editor" option.

The setting is the following, in the Control Panel, no ? I've tried #1 & #3 :

Miscellaneous Options :
1--Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing
2--Basic Editor - A simple text box
3--Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls

I've tried in FF10, IE9 & Opera, also after deleting Freenas.org cookies.

What am I doing wrong ?

Kent, this was broken during the last forum upgrade sometime in December and disappointingly hasn't been a priority to be fixed.

Perhaps a PM to one of the admins to remind them would help ;-) (admin or james)
