Drives drop out, then reconnect during zpool scrub

Having a strange issue on my zpool. If I initiate a scrub, around 15% completion, a random drive drops out then reconnects and ZFS begins to resilver. I've tried replacing the drives with new ones, and swapped controllers, but the issue still occurs. I'm not sure what to do next? There are no reported smart errors.

I'm interested in what power supply you have and if you're pulling to much power.

Since you seemed to have tried everything else. My guess is going to be power supply. For comparison my 24 disks system using 5400rpm drives has dual 1200w power supplies.

After a lot of head aches, I resolved this issue. It was the firmware running on one of my Seagate Exos 16TB drives (ST16000NM001G-2KK103). Several of the drives were running SN02 firmware and needed to be updated to SN03. After updating all drives using the Seagate utility, the scrub completed.

I tried replacing the HBAs (tried Adaptec & LSI), changing around the firmware on the HBAs, swapping the backplane, swapping the power supply, swapping the cables .. nothing worked. Then I tried updating the firmware on the drives.
