Downloads not being moved once downloaded

Hi, every time a download is finished it supposed to move the download to the correct drive, but its not working, i used the following guide to set everything up and it worked when i did it off a VM with no issues. I have since purchases a PC and have installed freenas the same way except that on my shares for moves and series the download dataset for each one is on a different drive (i have attached an image), this is the only difference to my original install where they where on the same drive.

PC Specs
ASUS H61m-c Mobo
i3 3.5ghz
16gb ddr RAM
1x 250gb HDD which OS is installed on
1x 500gb HDD for jails, music and documnets
1x 2tb HDD for series and movies

Did you resolve this? If not, which Guide did you use? How did you configure Add Storage?

It's resolved forgot to give jails permissions
