Domain Controller: New GPO -> "the parameter is incorrect"

Hello everyone,

I hope this somehow fits into Networking... I created a DC with 9.3 stable, so far everything works ok, Win81 machines joined to the domain without errors. However, when I'd like to create a new GPO with Group Policy Management, I just get a "the parameter is incorrect". The existing Default Policy is editable, die sysvol seems to have the right permissions. Nothing in the samba logs. I'm a bit lost how I should debug this... Any ideas?
