OK, so you have 2 pools named almost the same, both using the same sparsefile as a disk, only one of those visible in the GUI.

I would start by getting rid of the one we didn't need from the start...

zpool destroy RaidZDisk4

Then try disconnecting from the GUI on the remaining one (RaidzDisk4), which you can see there.

strange. I see it in the list but when I run zpool destroy RaidZDisk4 I get the error:

root@Collection14:~ # zpool destroy RaidZDisk4
cannot open 'RaidZDisk4': no such pool
root@Collection14:~ #

New development. Raidzdisk6 is a selection of reformated disks that used to be in raidzdisk4. Started getting read error on that pool after a day, so two of those disks are bad for sure. So, with all the disks still in I decided to remove raidzdisk6 after a day. However, when trying to remove that pool, I also get the same error at 20% marker. So cant remove that one either. I think there is more wrong here. Would installing truenas scale resolve this maybe.

Scale may or may not be able to handle the mess differently.

You might want to try destroying both disk4 pools at CLI in either order. Then recreate the right one.

Now I have 2 zombie pools in the GUI. But both are destroyed.

root@Collection14:~ # zpool destroy RaidzDisk4
cannot open 'RaidzDisk4': no such pool
root@Collection14:~ # zpool destroy RaidZDisk4
cannot open 'RaidZDisk4': no such pool
root@Collection14:~ # zpool destroy RaidzDisk6
cannot open 'RaidZDisk6': no such pool
root@Collection14:~ #

I do think something is broken in the OS since both 4 and 6 gave me the same error when trying to remove in the gui.

no I did it correct before. I just did these command back to back to show all was removed. But it was already removed correctly before.

root@Collection14:~ # zpool destroy RaidzDisk6
cannot open 'RaidzDisk6': no such pool
root@Collection14:~ #

Update. I disconnected one of my mirrored boot disks. I recently changed from bios to uefi boot. Apperently it kept booting from the second disk.
After I made sure only the correct disk was connected and booted The export and disconnect botton was large and red. So I tried it and it worked for raidzdisk4. Pool 6 was already removed. I did have to import my new RaidzDisk1 manually. But now all seems fine.

sretalla thank you for your patients with me. I really appreciate the help.
