Hi, I would like to start by saying that I am pretty new to FREENAS,
I got it to learn more about it while also build VM lab plus other things.

I am in search of some assistance or some confirmation with what I believe it to be possibly bad Hard drives.
I say this base on following some of the suggestions on the forums while trying to troubleshoot the issue.
I would like to also add the NAS was working for a few months until it experience a few power outages.
I found this out months later since I work long hours and completely forgot about the box.

I bought the FreeNAS Mini from Amazon with the following Specs:
-2x8GB ECC 1600mhz memory
-4 x 1TB Western Digital Red HDD
-FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201503270027
I am able to access the Share files, but I don't know which files are corrupt.

I perform the following troubleshooting steps;
  • SCRUB - [Did not clear the Waning.]
  • SMART Short - [not sure if it found errors since I am not verse into reading the output]
  • Memtest86+ - [found no errors]

Below is the zpool information
