I've been waiting for prices on 5 or 6 TB Reds to drop a bit, so I can pick up 3 as a RAIDZ-1 set to backup my main datasets and store offsite. I know RAIDZ-2 would be more appropriate with drives that size, but that's hard to swallow for this use case, especially because I'll eventually want 2 backup sets so I can swap them out offsite - I store them in a bank deposit box and ideally rotate the sets once a month or so.
