CRITICAL: The following multipaths are not optimal

I wonder if you can answer a subquestion1
I have an "HP Proliant G7" and then install FreeNAS version 8.2, the alert button is flashing verlho, when I click it the following error appears (Since version 8.0.3 there was this error):

CRITICAL: The following multipaths are not optimal: disk6, disk1, disk2, disk3, DISK4, disk5

I am having the same issue on my Dell Poweredge SC 430. One of my two 1.5TB HDD shows up, but the second pops up as a multidrive/drve1 and I get the same message. How does one fix this?
