Critical.. Replaced HD and still stuck

I got a warning signal posted in the image below. I then removed the HD not listed as online without hitting replace because it would not let me select a member drive. With the new drive in I am still getting the same error. What am I doing wrong?

Did you start by offlining the bad disk?

did you remove the correct disk?

It looks more like your hardware doesn't support hotswap. Try rebooting and see if you can resilver the disk.

Since you couldn't be inconvenienced with following the forum rules you agreed to not even a day before posting, you didn't both posting your hardware specs.
