Critical Alert Error - Help needed

Hi all,

I have been receiving the following alert regularly but cannot figure out what the exact issue is.

CRITICAL
Pool HDD state is ONLINE: One or more devices has experienced an unrecoverable error. An attempt was made to correct the error. Applications are unaffected..

I have checked the pool status and both HDDs and my Cache drive are online and supposedly working. Could anyone point me in the right direction to figure out what the issue is?

Have a look at the output from zpool status -v as a starting point.

Next would be smartctl -a /dev/daX (replacing X with the right number... or maybe it will be adaX... whatever) for each of the disks.

It ended up being my cache drive, so I have removed it and rerun the test and the errors have cleared
