Hello, currently run in production a TrueNas CORE v12.0-U8.1 server with a pool of 4 disks, each 2TB in size.
The pool run a jail with URBACKUP, iSCSI and rsync services.
This is a backup NAS for my home business.

I would like to replace it with a new server running TrueNas SCALE. Is it possible to move the pool without losing the datas?

Yes, but why? If it's working, why go through the trouble unless you really want something Scale has?

Yes, i also have a windows server 2019 with active directory and hyper-V with a lot of docker container
All these little things are difficult to maintain because everything is scattered.
The idea is to create a new server with VM and containers.

I have serious doubts that it's going to be substantially easier (though I have never tried Docker on Windows), but that would be a productive migration, conceptually.
