Copying selective data from old hdd to new HDD and hardware compatbility

I want to copy selective data from my old HDD to my new HDD. Both the hdd are pass-through to truenas scale I am using true nas scale in proxmox .
Hardware specification:
Host Os: proxmox
CPU: intel i5 8400(truenas have access to all the 3 cores)
Ram/Memory: Totally 32GB (8GB dedicated to truenas)
HDD:1x Western Digital Surveillance HDD
1X Seagate Nas Ironwolf HDD
Raid Configuration: Raid 1 (NO HARDWARE RAID)
OLD HDD:Seagate barracuda 1TB
Seagate baracuda 320GB
Both the old hdd have important data and I have to copy it to truenas scale locally. And this is the only pc i have and i use macbook for managment
