Compile dirver Realtek 811f

I have Asus PBH77-l me board.
There is two problem; first, Freenas system can't shutdown.
second, network card did not appear on web interface.
I think second problem couse first problem.
But I don't know how to compile dirver and make Kernel
Please, anyone can help me to compile "if re.ko" file?
I have installed Freenas 9.3 stable.

You don't.

You also do not use Realtek NICs if you want any sort of usable networking on FreeNAS.
