Cloud Credentials ftp implicit citrix sharefile

Hi i want to conect to citrix sharefile using cloud credentials; sharefile tell me this "For security, only encrypted FTPS data transfers are allowed. Configure your FTP client to connect using 'Implicit SSL/TLS' mode over port 990" how i can configure ftp implicit?. In cloud credentials i put host, port:990, username and password and a error happens
