I've just upgraded to 9.10 from 9.3, and previously working guest access has stopped working on my Macbook (El capitan 10.11.5) . I've worked around temporarily by giving the guest account a trivial password.

Windows guest access (no password) works fine to the same guest account.

FreeNAS-9.10-STABLE-201606270534 (dd17351)

Any suggestions on how to fix appreciated.

OK - going to resurrect this one - as I've just decided to commit to freenas rather than going another route.

Hardware
E350DM-E33 Motherboard (integrated motherboard based on AMD APU Chipset
8GB Ram
Toshiba 3TB Drives
System installed on 8GB USB Stick

I've jsut re-installed clean and re-imported the volumes, and set up the shares. Here is SMB4.conf.
The guest access works fine on Windows, and on a Kodi (Media center) installation running on a Raspberry Pi, but the MACBOOK refuses to connect in guest mode. I can connect if I logon with the guest account name and password.
