If I take this bad boy and pack it out with 8GB Seagate IronWolf Drives... will it FreeNAS?
(and 24GB RAM and dual cpu)

Unlikely. You need a lot more RAM or it is likely to end up unstable. Suggest shooting for 64GB RAM, min.

8gb drives are kind of small. Assume you mean 8tb. With that said, I see they offer up to 2tb, which makes me wonder about the Sas expander. Might be limited to 2tbdrives.
Also, I’m not familiar with the brand, but looking at the pictures, it seems like you are limited to some motherboards. Personally, I would rather buy a chassis that can take different motherboards.
