Changing of the guard

FreeNAS community,

It has been a delight heading up development of FreeNAS here at iXsystems for the last couple of years, however the time has come for there to be a transition. In many ways FreeNAS has sort of been like a child to me, and like any parent I am fairly protective of my children, however I believe we have found someone fully capable of heading the FreeNAS project.

I look forward to seeing FreeNAS continue to grow and improve under the guidance of Alfred Perlstein, longtime member of the FreeBSD community and outstanding programmer and technical director.
