because i want to install asm disk oracle rac but when i go to install disk group page i can't find disk
========
The asm requirement is 512 or 4K is supported, otherwise is NOT supported by ASM. Now let's see the disk attributes of ASM disk candidates which are all iSCSI LUN from NAS.
========
But the disk I mapped from truenas is Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 16384 bytes.
Is there a way to suggest me? or what do i have to do

What is the hard drive make/model? It could be that it has actual 512 byte sectors or is emulating 512 byte sectors if it's not an Advance Format Drive.

Something to read, and run the suggested command, if your ashift result for the pool is 12 then you are set:

If you need more, search for 'ashift'.
