Can't update Plex plugin after FreeNAS upgrade

Hi, I updated my FreeNAS to version: FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201506292130
After that I successfully upgraded the Transmission plugin to the latest version but when I tried to upgrade Plex I got some error messages.

I could install a new Plex plugin so I'm guessing that I could move the files to the new one but it would have been nice to know what seems to be the problem.

I think this is a bug, but you might be able to work around it by stopping plex, unmounting the storage, and trying the upgrade. then mount the storage again, and start plex.

Just to follow up: That work around didn't work but I installed a new plugin and restored my backups to that one so now everyone is happy again.
