Yes ^^ I also checked that : that was the first thing I though when I saw 40/50Mbytes during scrub ... but from sites I've found, drive class series (the entire range ... did not find a exhautive list for each exact model on this serie) are classified "CMR"

when first SMR came into market ... that also was one of the bads I had (fortunately ... on my home NAS server ^^')

I know that feeling. Add in network latency because they were in a Gluster volume and I really developed a hatred for SMR disks.
