Cant download latest release?

I go to the download page and I get a 403 Forbidden message. Is it me, or is it the system? I have tried it from Explorer, Chrome, and FireFox. Tried it from another computer and I get the same thing.

Point me in the right direction?

Looks like a temporary glitch. Someone has already put in a ticket for the web team.

I went to the index of 9.3.1 and went to the stable and downloaded iso. Will that work?

Yup, that's a good temporary workaround. The "latest" symlink is supposed to automagically point there.
