Can't access webgui

I have installed 9.3.1 stable version and it seems to be running ok, I see the 1-14 menu.
I have set the IP to 192.168.1.108/24 but i can't acces the webgui. I have tried chrome and firefox.
The hardware is ASrock Rack E3C226D2I LGA1150 (i believe it has intel NICs built in which is what im using)
Intel i3 4160, 16 GB cruical ECC RAM, 6*WD Red 3 TB, OS is installed on a 16 gb kingston USB

So the basic troubleshooting step here is, can you ping it?

Can you use curl or wget to pull down the webpage? What error messages are in /var/log/messages? Is nginx running?

dont know how to use wget or pull, im very new to networking. Im not sure how to copy the messages to this computer from the logs. nginx says "ngingx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (48: Address already in use)"

Try rebooting the box.

It is working now, changed from https://192.168.1.108 to http://192.168.1.108. Strange, didnt work with http earlier. Thanks for the help

HTTPS isn't turned on by default. You have to enable it from the web GUI...

I have a 5 port switch, port 1 is connected to the wall, port 2 to Wifi router and port 3 to NAS, i cant connect to the NAS in this configuration but i can when it is connected to the wifi router. Any ideas?

Where does this wall port go?

So that switch is on a different network than the one your router is on. That's why

Connect the wall port to your router, then connect your devices to the router.
