Cannot pull data from remote machine

Hi, I can't pull data from a remote machine. The configuration and ssh keys are working. I am confused with the UTC, but have tried several times and failed to pull data?
I can pull via terminal commands.

Rsync mode: Rsync over SSH
Remote Path: /var/lib/vz/dump
Validate Remote Path: ticked.

Short description: Pull backups from remote machine
Minute: Each selected minute: 5 minutes after current time for a test
Hour: Each selected hour: hour according to UTC calculator to current hour, for a test
Day of month: Each selected day of month: day according to UTC calculator to current time, for a test
Month: all ticked
Day of week: all ticked
Recursive: ticked
Times: ticked
Compress: ticked
Delay Updates: ticekd
Extra options: --remove-source-files
Enabled: ticked

Were you able to resolve this? If not, anything in /var/log/messages or /var/log/auth.log when it fails?
