Cannot detect external drive

I have connected an enclosure with 2 bays to TrueNAS. However, only one of the disks can be detected and I cannot find out the solution. Here are the detected disks and the result of the command “dmesg | grep da”.

I see both da0 and da1 have the same serial number, I’m not sure if it’s the cause.

Having only 1 drive show up because of duplicate serial number is just one of many possible problems.
