Cannot connect to local LAN device

Hello,

I am currently on TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.3.3 and I can't seem to establish connection with a LAN device on the same subnet. Here are more details

1. My truenas LAN IP is 192.168.0.38 and the device I am trying to connect has IP 192.168.0.120
2. I am able to ping and connect with 192.168.0.120 from other devices on my LAN but not from Truenas scale. So, the 192.168.0.120 is reachable and has no issues accepting incoming connections
3. When I try to ping 192.168.0.120 from Truenas shell, I get host not reachable error
4. I have defined my IPv4 gateway correctly in Truenas and I can ping the gateway successfully

How do I go about troubleshooting this issue? Thanks.
