Cannot connect apps lan ip with browser. ERR_Connection_Refused.

I have Microserver Gen8 with TrueNAS Scale 23.10.1.

Week ago I had TrueNAS scale version 22.x and apps worked and I could normally connect them with browser but I could not update apps. There were Truecharts error.
Then I updated to 23.10.1 and updated also all apps.
No I cannot connect them. When I press open, browser says can't reach this page (ERR_Connection_refused).

My TrueNAS is at 10.0.0.0/24 network.
UniFi online management site can see my UniFi app but with cluster CIDR ip.

Kubernetes settigns:

sudo k3s kubectl get pods, svc -A shows ClusterIP and external-ip none.

All apps have LoadBalancer selected, like this in Sonarr app:

I have booted server 15 times but it doesn't work.
How to fix this?

I deleted all apps and reinstallation helped. Now they works.

Experienced the same issue and I'm clueless on what happened or changed. So I basically I deleted and reinstalled my broken apps yesterday also. Although, my apps were from the truechart catalog not the iX ones. The iX apps are unchanged and still working.
