Cannot change Mode in Change Permissions for the Storage

Hi all, I am new to FreeNAS and we have a FreeNAS 9.10 box set up by someone before. It is connected to our AD. SMB service is set up and need Windows as Permission Type, but I cannot change Mode in Change Permissions for a storage. It is greyed out. Actually I want to tick Write permission for Other. Not sure anyone can give me some advice? Thanks. I also try Unix as Permission Type and tick Write for Other, but the change cannot be saved after I click Change button and Write for Other is still unchecked.
