Cannot access webgui, only VM that was set to autostart

Hi, I've been running Truenas core for over 2 years now. With the latest update 13.0-U6.1 I've been running my NAS for at least day one from when the update was live. Only now i've encountered some issues, mainly that i cannot access the GUI. Only one of my VM is accessible that was set to autostart (Home Assistant). So It's working, but i don't know what the problem is since the ISCI is down, everything other then that VM, and the email wasn't sent out to warn me. What do you think the problem is? Is it the boot HDD? I've been using a very old WD HDD that has like 6 years of continuous operation.

It magically went away after troubleshooting for more then 8 hours. It wasn't the HDD, my other suspicion was that the router hasn't assigned it an IP address, and since it wasn't configured with a static IP i wasn't able to access it, only the VM had a static IP.
