I would like to install a program similar to filezilla on my frenas server to transfer files via FTP from my server to a LAN network disk. how can I do?

Midnight Commander is already there. Just run mc from the shell.

thanks for the suggestion, I found it very useful, however, when scheduling in the background transferring files via FTP and ending the file manager also terminates the process.
I must therefore wait for the copying of the files.
other suggestions?

You could always use tmux or screen before launching your session and then disconnect and reconnect as needed.
