Can ping, can't see

Moved to a new house and had to change the default gate way so the old server wouldn't work with out re-configuring the network settings all of that went smoothly and we can ping it from any device in the house and ping across the web from it just fine but we can't make a short cut and access any of the files on the server, no-matter what we do it gives the error: The file \\192.168.0.206 cannot be found we've pretty much tried everything and we just can get it to work...

Note: We got the drobo which is our plex server to work in like 10 minutes and you can make shortcuts for it all damn day

nope, i think next step is to update the version because were out of ideas

Rather than updating, I'd recommend installing the latest on a new USB stick, then trying to upload your saved config (which may or may not work due to the big difference in versions). Note that you may end up having to recreate your config on the new install, but you will still have your old stick as a Plan B.
