Can not remove some folders and files

I have some folders and files that i can not rm -rf.

Here is what i did, I tgz up my Jail dataset folder, moved it to another folder in my "data" dataset, extracted the tgz.

and when i went to rm -rf the folder it left some folder/files behind that i can not remove.

anyone have any ideas on how i might go about removing these said folders/files?
