Can AFP be used with AD?

Hi Guys,

can I use AFP with Active Directory Authentification
The Termin @GROUPNAME does not work to me!
Please help!

FreeNAS 8.04, Server 2008 R2 Latest, OS X Lion 10.7.4 Client
