BitTorrent Sync - No Upgrade Button offered

I am running 9.2.1.2 with BTSync at 1.2.72.
I see there is a new version of BTSync plugin available, 1.2.82, but there is no upgrade button in the GUI on the |Plugins|-|Installed| tab
Is this an issue with 9.2.1.2 or the newer BTSync PBI ?

Same with SABnzbd: I have version 0.7.16 installed, is indicates the newest version is 0.7.17 and SABnzbd keeps nagging me that there is a new version available yet there is no button to upgrade...:(

Bug 4590 has resolved status but applying the change manually does not resolve the problem. Button is there but end in an error message when hit.
