I would like to backup the ix-applications dataset (minus docker) to a Git repo, ideally with TrueNAS API. Basically, /mnt/software/ix-applications should be backed to /mnt/default/ix-applications which is a Git repo. Restoring everything should be the reverse.
What approach do you recommend?
