autostart problem in debian-VM

Hi folks,

maybe a stupid thing, but I dont know how to solve it!
I have a problem with my debian virtual machine on Freenas 11.2 beta2.
when I start the VM the UI says the machine has started but it does´t seem so. Only after connecting to the VM via VNC the boot succeeds.
Does anyone has an idea?

If "wait for boot" is checked in your VNC device config, uncheck it.
