I've come back to try again with Scale because I want to update Home Assistant but I'm having this problem again.
Well. You picked a bad time to try again.
TrueCharts is in the middle of applying updates to code that is common to all/most apps which usually requires re-installing the app and appears to have introduced other issues here and there. They are also moving apps between a bunch of trains which also requires re-installing the app. And there is some issue about the stop button not working in some cases: https://ixsystems.atlassian.net/browse/NAS-121420
I would give it some more time...
