Allow multiple jails to access storage

How do i set up a storage so that multiple jails can access a certain storage based only on the group that the jails are in. For example: i want all of my jails with the group "media" to access a storage regardless of their user name. this will allow me to simply add the user to a group inside the jail and grant access to the storage.

So far i've created the group media 1001 in the gui
I then ssh to jail (in this case transmission) and pw groupadd media -g 1001
Then I pw usermod transmission -G media

Can someone help guide me i would appreciate it

Yeah i've been looking at that i'm confused about "If multiple applications or jails are to have access to the same data, you will need to create a separate group and add each needed user account to that group." So what about when I'm setting permissions in storage, when i uncheck "Apply owner (user)" (assuming unchecking would remove the need for a user) it automatically checks it back. i read about it but i just don't understand it i guess.
