After update to latest 9.3 stable, HHD spin down too soon.

Hi Forum,

After I update to latest 9.3 stable build, my HHD spin down in few seconds, so what I stream movie, it keep spin up, and spin down.

I have 6 HDs, some was Samsung F4, some replaced by seagate, and 1 WD green (firmware updated). HD sleep time set to 20 minutes.

Anybody having same issue, or it's just me?
