After ESX 5.5 to 6.5 I see some errors coming from FreeNAS-9.10.2-U6

is there any way to correct these?

Yes, you need to disable physical block size reporting on your iSCSI extent in FreeNAS.

OK I found it under Sharing> Block ISCSI so should I leave logical block size to 512 and just disable Disable Physical Block Size Reporting: ?

correct. Put a "check" in the "Disable Physical Block Size Reporting" checkbox and leave logical at 512.
