Adding a ZIL issue

Hi - I purchased 2 IBM 313 SLC SSDs to mirror as a ZIL. I'm trying to add them to my pool and am nervous because the interface removes the Log Option once I select to mirror (see image) (v8.0.4p3)

I tried following the documentation on the website. I went to Storage - Create Volume; typed in the name of my existing pool (ZFS1), selected the two drives, ZFS, Mirror... and it does not give me the option to make it a mirrored Log device.

Did I do something wrong? I don't see another way to add these... other than the command line (zpool add log ZFS1 mirror ada2 ada4) which I haven't tried yet.

Don't use ZIL in the current version of FreeNAS / ZFS, there is an issue that can cause you to completely lose your pool if something happens to your ZIL. Mirroring your ZIL can help, but I would avoid it until FreeNAS upgrades to ZFS v28, probably in a month or so.
