Thanks. I wrote the comment a little sloppy.
I restarted ssh on the server and restarted the mac now it seems to work. Might be something with the dispersing volume.

Hi again guys. Just a little query for you.
So I'm Rsyncing the hell out of the server right now. When the Rsync finishes it reports correct GB transferred.
But when I check du in freenas it reports something much much smaller (about half the size)
I've never noticed it before. Does that have to do with compression on the server, didn't change the default on that.

For example a folder containg psd files on the mac (backup) reports as 9,79 GB in Finder. (9.1 GB with du -s -h)
In freenas it's 4.6GB

The default is to use compression so that might very well be the reason. You can see how much it has been compressed in the GUI.
