Hi, I hope that someone can tell me what is going wrong.

I have been running the 8.0.2 nas run "perfectly" with a total of 7 HDD drives 2T
Have 7 more SATA slots free. If I add a 8th drive (same type), the NAS boot no longer.
If I power off the 8th hdd before and couple it just after he start with seven disks everything works perfectly and I can add, see it in my network, etc.
Until I reboot the NAS again he does not start on by the 8th.
"7HDD run perfect"

've changed SATA drives slot

someone an idea
what is going on?

With so many disks I think the best guess would be that your power supply cant keep up with the startup power drain. 8 HDD spinning up at once draw a lot of current. If you can, enable staggered spinup in BIOS. Otherwise you need a better PSU
