Hi guys,
I'm creating a new FreeNAS server for a new domain (Samba DC; separate). The issue is that after joining the domain, the service refuses to restart and nothing I can do will make it reconnect. Basically it joins, I see that the entry has been made in the Computer OU of my AD and then it never re-establishes the connection. Clearing the entry does not help.
Currently I'm authenticating with TLS enabled. I attempted to use Kerberos but that came with even worse issues:
Either way, I'm at a complete loss for how this is happening and any help would be much appreciated.
EDIT: SASL must be set to 'sign'.
