AD permissions gone after FreeNAS 8.3.1 reboot

Hi, i have problems with my AD permissions when i reboot the FreeNAS 8.3.1 on a Windows Server 2008 R2. Everything works fine and i can setup the permissions on the Windows Server. But when i must reboot the FreeNAS the permissions in the Windows Server are back to everybody with full rights on all my shares.
Can anybody give me a hint why?
