so im trying to run a plex server and this is whats happening, once the map drive is accessable i try to upload data to it and it will either time out, or just gives me an error saying that it cant be found, but i can view the drive and continence.

and as per plex my mother inlaw can not connect to it even though its online to the outside world, im not worried about the plex just need to access the drive to transfer my files it the main problem. Could this be a mother board problem?

the cpu and memory view also gives the spinning wheel and no data a lot. and the connection to the dashboard kicks out and comes back

any ideas would be helpful

Unfortunately, your board has a Realtek NIC. Realtek NICs are known to be unreliable with TrueNAS. What's known to work well are the Intel Gigabit NICs.
