A lot of non medium errors

Hi I go raid 10 contain 10xSeagate Seagate Constellation ES.3 ST3000NM0023 I bought them from different sources some of them where new they passes all smart test and scrub without errors but its give me a lot non medium errors and they grow with time, i don't know if I should worried or not about them.
I am using FreeNAS 11.1, hardware is: case chenbro rm23612m3-le with backplane 12gb sas expander (I tried it with 1 and 2 sas cable connected from controller). Motherboard Supermicro MBD-X11SSL-CF-O (with 64gb ecc memory) with lsi 3008 flashed to it mode p14 firmware. .Could anyone advise me that everything seems to be ok or something is not right?

Non-medium errors are problems with the SCSI commands, and don't point to problems with the storage medium themselves. They might point to a problem with a cable or controller. I would keep an eye on the count, and if it is increasing, then I would be concerned. However, a high number does not necessarily mean a problem with the drive.
